After you sign up with a Zankou Rewards account and login on the Zankou app, you can find your reward in your app Inbox screen. To redeem, start an order in the app (or on our website if you’re logged in there) and add any Small Side to your order. Your pre-tax subtotal should be $10 or more to qualify. At online checkout, hit the “Apply Available Offers” button and choose the “Free Small Side Reward”. If visiting us at one of our restaurants, let the cashier know that you’d like to redeem your offer. Then when prompted, scan your loyalty code found on the “Points” screen of the app and the cashier will apply your offer to your order for you.

Download the Zankou Chicken App and sign up. You’ll earn 10 points for every dollar you spend (rounded up or down to the nearest whole amount) either in-restaurant or when ordering online. Just scan your loyalty code at the register from the app or make sure you’re logged in with your Zankou Rewards account when ordering from the website or app. You can also sign up from zanouchicken.com/order but you’ll get a much better experience using our app.

When ordering your meal, let the cashier know that you are a Zankou Rewards member and that you have a reward to redeem. Scan your loyalty code when asked or provide your phone number so we can look up your account. Then confirm with the cashier which reward you’d like to use. Below are the rewards that will be available to you and how many points you’ll need to redeem them:

Only food items are eligible for earning points. You cannot earn points when purchasing gift cards. You CAN earn points when making an eligible purchase when using a gift card.

You can earn points and redeem rewards for online and in-restaurant orders only at the Zankou Chicken locations listed on zan.dreamentia.com/locations. For online orders, you must be logged in on either the Zankou Chicken app or from zan.dreamentia.com/order.

No, but you’ll get the best experience when you do use our app. You can always sign up for Zankou Rewards on our website and earn points on online orders when logged in with your account. You can also provide your phone number to the cashier to look up your account and earn points for your in-restaurant orders.

It may take between 24-48 hours for your points to hit your account.

No problem. Just send a photo of your receipt to [email protected].  Please make sure the details of your receipt are legible in the photo and that the date of the receipt is within the last two weeks (14 days). Our team will review your email and apply points within about a week of your request if it’s valid.

Yes, unfortunately all good things must come to an end. Your points will expire one year (365 days) from when you earned them so make sure you’re cashing in those points for free stuff before you lose them.
